Chicken Soup aka Chicken Juice

Of all the things in the world from which juice is extracted, the most juice is extracted from "chicken" in Pakistan.
According to a conservative estimate, about 450 barrels or 2500 gallons or up to ten thousand liters of juice can be extracted from a single chicken in Pakistan.
It is likely that in the near future it can be exported and a good amount of foreign exchange can be earned.
This is the only juice in the world that is drunk hot. But now people have become modern and now call it Yakhni or Soup.
However, in the old days, the cart owners used to write with great pride
“The treasure of strength is 0000 chicken juice”
In fact, this is the water with which the dead chicken is bathed for three consecutive days and the handsome young men of our country sit around these carts for warmth and after drinking soup, they take a bath like a narcissus takes a bath before starting a dance.
In fact, this is the water that has been contaminated, which after ten minutes cools down and not only sits in the joints but also closes the chest.
Like all over Pakistan, in our city too, the funerals of these chickens start coming to the public scene in the evening. Where the dead chicken is hung on a plank one foot away from the body and the ritual of bathing begins with the help of a pooja.
And people are seen standing around the cart like devotees, warming their bodies with this blessed water.
Meanwhile, the enchanting sound of drinking soup... slurp, slurp... slurp... slurp... resonates in every street of the city.
The historian writes, complaining that my faith in the people of Yakhni was broken from that day on.
When I had to go to the market at midnight for some work, a shocking scene was in front of me.
After 12 o'clock, the same leftover "soup" was being sprinkled on the ground and the chicken carcass was being wrapped in a cloth and kept in the refrigerator.
So that...
it would last and come in handy the next day when needed.
