This boy was associated with the metallurgy sector and was employed by “Honda Atlas” in Karachi. This boy was given the task of melting aluminum in a lead smelting furnace. This was a dangerous process, but the higher management put pressure on him to risk this dangerous experiment. The furnace exploded and this boy, along with his six companions, was burned. Muhammad Amir was alive for a few hours after the accident and was in a position to give a statement, but the company management deliberately delayed taking him to the hospital so that the remaining life would also end and the statement could not be taken.
When the six people fell victim to this dangerous experiment, “Honda Atlas” threatened the now deceased heirs and lured them with a few lakhs of money, saying that your servant has left this world. But if you get into the trap of legal action, you will not get even the few lakhs that you are supposed to get. The company made these heirs write on stamp paper that we do not want legal action and it was an accident. The rest of the heirs remained silent, but Muhammad Amir's elder brother "Sharifullah" decided to fight the case on social media, disappointed with the police and judicial system of Pakistan. In today's era, when there is a capitalist like "Honda Atlas" on one side and a middle-class elder brother on the other, social media is the last hope left. Sharifullah Sahib demands that
... An inquiry should be held as to who made the decision to melt aluminum in a lead furnace? The one who made the decision should be brought to justice.
... After being burned, Muhammad Amir called his elder brother and said that there is a diary in my office in which there are some facts about today's experience. It should be read, but why did that diary disappear?
... As soon as the accident happened, the place was locked and the area around the furnace was cleaned. With whose permission was the evidence from the crime scene cleaned?
...the company knew that there was going to be a fire, so they brought fire extinguishers nearby in advance, but when they knew that there was a risk of a fire, why were six people thrown into the fire?
I have not asked you to share any of my personal writings till now, but I have written this writing for Sharifullah and Muhammad Amir. I am attaching the necessary links with this post. You people, go to their wall and support the workers and raise their voice on social media. If there is public pressure, the police and judiciary will be forced to take action automatically.
At least you can convey the voice of Muhammad Amir's family to others.
