Hazara Province
{Hazara Province}
The debate on provinces has been going on for years, with the Saraiki province in Punjab and the Hazara province in KPK, but with us,
Da Jamaat Pass and Direct Havaldar type politicians become rulers who do not have the ability to think beyond their nose and stomach, although our "Gwandi" countries in the east and west are stable and permanent even with twenty or thirty provinces. There is no threat to Islam there, nor does making the state a province means breaking the country, but the aim is to solve the problems of the people at the local level. The smaller the unit, the better the governance will be, but here, from the very beginning, feudalism has made the dear homeland a byproduct. In administrative matters, a large province like Balochistan in terms of area is kept at the mercy of a chief secretary. Similarly, where is the wisdom of these four provinces? No one can tell us that coming from Rajanpur to Lahore for official work is like passing through the Sirat bridge on public transport. Similarly, going from Bakot to Peshawar seems like a Kashmir issue, where the administrative units are small. The solution to the problems of the people will also be possible at the local level and linguistic problems will not arise either. Language is a very basic problem and this has been going on among humans for centuries. This too will have to be considered in the formation of the province. The mother tongue is dear to everyone, rather, whether they are aware of it or not. Now, let's take the Hazaras. We are called Pathans in Punjab and Punjabis in Peshawar, and this often happens to us. Pashto is an ancient language, but the majority of the Hazara people are unfamiliar with this language. It is necessary that a province be formed keeping in mind the majority of speakers of each language, which can solve many problems. The language and culture of the people of Hazara and Mari Pindi are the same, so what is the harm in forming a province comprising these areas? Seraiki and Punjabi are considered separate languages, so what will happen if we create two provinces for Seraiki and Punjabi? Similarly, if there is a public demand in other parts of the country, why not form provinces? Problems do not arise by transferring power to the local level, but are solved. There are countless examples of this in the world. Today's world is a global street and we "slowly" live in 161. For the privileged class, there is no problem, but the common man has become a football in government work. Given the length of the provinces, our constitution also says that the right of the local people of the place where the source is generated is first and then of the other people of the country. But here the document called constitution is used only to give lollipops. It is not followed. If the book called constitution was followed, many dictators would have been hanging in the squares. They would have broken the constitution in public and put it on the tip of their shoes. Our feudal mindset turned the majority province from East Pakistan into Bangladesh. In history, the majority would not have decided to separate from the minority willingly. After all, there must have been a reason, but this is not taught in the curriculum. A cover-up is maintained. History based on lies does not last long. Covering up sins does not reduce sins. The truth becomes the truth in the end. The day is coming when the beloved homeland, which has already become a problem-land instead of Pakistan, should be organized in a democratic manner under a new development agreement and made fair to the world and the new generation should be saved from being stung, otherwise the youth will continue to risk their lives in infidel countries with dreams of the future and the old people will remain here. The method of election should be made easy. Practical politics should be taken out of the abundance of wealth and placed under the shadow of quality politics. Direct havaldars should be got rid of so that this country is no longer a pillar and gutter politics. Power should be transferred to the grassroots level. Development funds should be given from MNAs, MPAs to local governments. Opportunities should be framed in legislative bodies for educated youth who are beyond the thinking of the street and gutter pillars and this country should be saved from feudalism by forming administrative units, i.e. new provinces. Until the system is adopted, nothing will happen. The blessed saying of the Master of the Priests is that society can only survive on disbelief, not on injustice. This blessed saying is from the chapter of the city of knowledge, which can never be false. If you still do not believe it, then look at the countries of Britain, America and Europe, where the rule of law is visible. In our country, the son of a judge killed two people and solved the case in one day, and must be weighing up for the next incident. Finally, the blessed saying of the Holy Prophet, the Lord of the Two Worlds, is that the nations before you were destroyed because when the powerful committed a crime, they were spared, and when the weak committed a crime, they were punished. This saying contains the wisdom of the government and this is the basic principle of the straight path.
From us, the slogan of Hazara province and the rest, wherever provinces are needed, we are included in their voice.
