The main suspect in the Abbottabad Dr. Warda kidnapping and murder case, Pervez, has confessed to the crime. During the investigation, gold was recovered from the possession of accused Waheed Bula, while checks worth Rs 12.3 million were also recovered from other accused. The murder weapon, a rope, and 10 gold bars were also recovered. An appeal was filed in the High Court for further physical remand of the accused. The case is of an important nature and the custody of the accused should be given. The investigation officer has requested the High Court. Gold was also recovered from the possession of Waheed Bula, the husband of the master planner of the case, Ridda Jadoon. 10 receipts were also recovered from the possession of the accused. On the identification of the accused, the murder weapon, the rope with which Dr. Ridda was strangled to death, was also recovered. Checks worth Rs 12.3 million were also recovered from the possession of the accused. The investigation officers completed all the legal requirements from the accused, including identifying the crime scene and planning locations. The accused made an initial plan to kidnap and kill Dr. Warda. The first plan was made at Waheed Bala's house, which included Waheed Bala, Ridda and Nadeem. The second plan was made at Waheed Bala's shop, which included Waheed, Nadeem and Shamrez. The third time, the accused gathered at Sheikh Dheri's place and Shamrez, Nadeem and Parvez finalized the plan. The investigation team in the case presented all the evidence and witnesses in the court.
