But to no avail. But by the grace of Allah, Islam saved me.

"Intoxicated with wealth, I beat up a security guard at a supermarket. I was sentenced to prison. I met Muslims for the first time in prison. I saw that they were very committed to praying five times a day. Through them, I got the opportunity to read the Holy Quran. The Quran revolutionized my inner self. Even Allah Almighty opened my chest for His religion. Now I have repented from all kinds of addiction. I am very happy to have received the wealth of Islam. This religion has forbidden all addictions, including alcohol. Because addiction is destructive. The five-time prayer plays an important role in preventing this curse. I saw young boys praying with great devotion in prison. They talk about religion and reform among themselves. I was very impressed by them.  That is why I studied the Holy Quran. Which became my source of guidance. I pray to Allah Almighty to forgive all my sins. Grant me the strength to stay away from crimes and sins. Anyway, this change happened with the blessings of Islam. May Allah grant me steadfastness.
